 SMALL FRY SAMURAI (4-7 yrs)​

Westwood Karate is a very well respected force on the tournament circuit. We have produced multiple Provincial and National Champions, maybe you or your child could be the next Karate champion!

Private or small group lessons are available if you or your child want to improve your skills, prepare for a competition or get ready for a belt test. Adult kickboxing & conditioning classes are also available if you want to burn calories or just blow off some steam!

 KIDS / ADULT (8+ yrs)​

Our Kids/Adults class offers your family a unique bonding opportunity, while teaching you valuable self-defence skills through traditional training in Kata (forms) and Kumite (sparring). Classes are fun and interactive, but they maintain the discipline and respect that is at the heart of Martial Arts. Remember, a family that kicks together sticks together!

 

Our program is designed to teach your little one basic Karate techniques. Your child will develop co-ordination, concentration and motor skills, while learning important social skills. Interaction with others in a fun and safe environment along with focus and respect towards others are stressed in this class. It’s never too early to start!
