what are people saying

"There are so many wonderful things to say about Sensei Brian and his karate school. I asked our son Alex what it means to be a part of Westwood Karate. He said that it has given him confidence, respect and loyalty for others. As his parents we have seen these qualities abound in him and so much more. This community is so valuable to Alex, its supportive nature is a result of Sensei's loving and demanding teaching style.” -Todd Higden

"Karate has really enhanced Hunter’s quickness, control and focus. Sensei Brian does a great job working with each individual student according to their own ability and style. Also, the quality of student that Brian has attracted to his dojo cannot be understated. The senior students set a fantastic example for the younger ones. -Brian Lehmann

"I was looking for a way to get back in shape and Westwood Karate helped me get there. Brian is a great instructor and he pushed me to reach my goal. I lost 20 pounds in a matter of weeks...and it was fun! If you live in Port Coquitlam, I highly recommend his classes." - Michelle Osachoff
